It really helps to have the condition and remedy, in terms of exercise, to be explained clearly. Dan does this with great skill. Having the recommended exercises described in the app is immensely helpful too.

Booked for a sports massage / rehabilitation for a shoulder injury following a recommendation. Joe was really professional and knowledgeable, the massage has definitely helped free up the joint and muscles, and given some pain relief. Joe also provided me with some exercises to use going forward which don’t require gym equipment to improve mobility & pain which I’ll be doing daily. Really impressed, thank you!

Great session with Joe today He’ll be working alongside my PT at Fitbox to help keep my mobility strong which I’m really glad about. I came in with a tight, uncomfortable back after pulling it last week and Joe gave it a thorough massage that really helped relieve a lot of the tension and pain I’d been dealing with. Feeling much better already!
