I was suffering with hip pain quite badly during pregnancy, had one appointment with Kirsten for acupuncture and honestly she cured the pain I was having in just one session. So knowledgeable and careful with her work! Definitely would’ve returned if I was still in pain as she’s brilliant at what she does. Highly recommend ++

Kirsten is always very patient and willing to listen to any concerns I may have, she is also very gentle when inserting the needles and makes sure I am feeling comfortable before leaving me to relax. I would thoroughly recommend Kirsten to anyone considering acupuncture for the first time.

I have been to Kirsten a few times with chronic back, shoulder and neck pain after being told by my GP and physios that there isn’t anything that can be done to help my problem apart from taking extra strong painkillers which have adverse effects on me. Last September I had a really bad fall and broke my proximal humerus in 3 places, this injury has been very painful and left me with restricted movement in my arm,I went to see Kirsten yesterday for treatment and also on my hip which has also been very painful since my fall, and today it is already feeling so much better. My appointment went really well. Kristen was really friendly and very knowledgeable. Informed me of what would happen during the appointment and what to expect. Felt at ease. The therapy room was very relaxed atmosphere.

My partner thoroughly enjoyed the pregnancy massage. She felt comfortable and relaxed throughout and Kirtsten talked through any issues she had in terms of discomfort. Highly recommended.
