First time having acupuncture and I was a little nervous, but there was no need! Was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, I couldn’t even feel them! Already seen I proved in my leg and able to walk up and down the stairs easier and more comfortable than before it. Claire is Extremely skilled! Highly recommended.

Hayley was great! I had been in pain for a while, assuming I would just have to get over it due to an old injury. After an acupuncture and remedial massage session I found out the cause of pain was tendonitis. I left the session feeling movement was easier. Confident that with a plan I can get back to training at my best

Claire was incredibly professional in performing acupuncture on both myself and my 13 year old daughter. Mine was in the neck and my daughter’s in her arm/wrist due to repetitive strain. Instant movement and relief with expert guidance on moving forward was provided. Would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Claire knows what she's doing - professional, friendly, dab hand with the acupuncture needles! Back aches sorted until I do something stupid again 🙂

Absolutely amazing! Claire was so lovely and friendly and although I was nervous about acupuncture she put me at ease! It has worked wonders for my neck and she made suggestions to further improve it which I will definitely do! I will definitely be back when needed for more sessions
