Sandra immediately put me at ease with her friendly manner and genuine kindness. The massage was extremely relaxing and my face is still glowing from the facial. I enjoyed every moment. Sandra has even sent me a recipe we were discussing. A thoroughly lovely experience and well worth a trip to Oxford.

Booked in with Gemma for my first ever accupunture treatment whilst staying at Voco Thames Hotel recently. Gemma was very helpful with information before my visit and even more so on my pre treatment assessment on the day. To help with pain in my knee and ankle. Made me feel confident and calm before my treatment began. The treatment itself was absolutely relaxing and didn't hurt at all. Felt relaxed and so much better, and dare I say alot less pain than I went in with. Gemma, I cannot thank you enough for your help, guidance and support. Thank you so much xxx

Fantastic massage in the IHG Oxford Thames hotel treatment room. Massages in hotels can sometimes disappoint but not this one!. It was tailored to my areas of tension, effectively targeted knots and was generally really lovely. Thank you!

I had a massage and manicure the day before my wedding. The massage was amazing and even though I asked Rhian to focus on my back rather than full body, she also focused on the backs of my legs and feet which was a nice change to other massages I’ve had. The manicure was also great and she even arranged for me to be fitted in later that day when I’d smudged three of my nails for no extra charge. The treatment rooms are located in the Voco Oxford Thames Hotel which is a peaceful and welcoming setting, it’s perfect for hotel guests. Rhian was lovely and she made me feel really relaxed.
