Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone dealing with chronic pain

I had my first cryotherapy session at The Cryo Lab and had a really positive experiences.I have FND, which causes seizures, jerking, internal shaking and body aches. I went in feeling sore and shaky, but afterwards I felt instant relief. My jerking stopped for a while, the soreness eased, I could walk better and felt more energised. The internal shaking is still there, but much calmer.Ellie-Mae was absolutely lovely, friendly and reassuring. She talked me through the whole session and made me feel comfortable and safe. Everyone with FND is different, but for me, I noticed a real difference

Outstanding! Imogen is absolutely amazing and made me feel immediately at ease from my first appointment. We discussed my concerns & Imogen suggested the best treatment. Imogen is so friendly and welcoming & has made a drastic improvement to the pain I have been experiencing in my back and shoulder. Ryan was absolutely amazing! Super professional and really took the time to ensure I was getting the correct treatment tailored to my needs. The room was lovely and it was such a relaxing environment. Iv struggled with back pain for a while and have had many massages in the past with the practitioner not being able to remove knots in my upper back… which Ryan did!!! I cannot recommend Hakan enough. After struggling with a bad neck and back, Hakan was able to pin point the problem areas and through a combination of massage, acupuncture, cupping and reiki I left feeling so much lighter and all the tension had gone. He was so thorough in his assessment and treatment plan, personalised for my needs. Nothing was rushed and he gave me so much of his time to ensure my visit was a positive and relaxing experience. I cannot wait to return.

Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

Had my first sports massage today and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. It definitely wasn’t painfree, but it never felt uncomfortable just the kind of pressure you know is actually doing something. I went in with really tight legs and upper back pain, and I’ve come out feeling so much looser and more relaxed. Huge difference already. Big thanks to Ryan really professional, made me feel at ease, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Already booked in again and actually looking forward to it this time. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with muscle tension.

Absolutely amazing buccal lymphatic drainage facial with Diana. She was so welcoming and professional, and the treatment released so much tension from my jaw, face, head, neck and shoulders. I have had a few sessions with Andrea now including acupuncture and massage. I can’t recommend Andrea enough, the moment you walk through the door, I instantly felt relaxed and Andrea really takes the time to understand what I needed and guided me with her expertise also. 1st time of having acupuncture I'm terrified of needles and kept my eyes shut whilst Paige put the needles in ,but she made me feel relaxed and at ease talking whilst this was happening again her knowledge is on another level she's like a health dictionary the difference this making in helping with my training etc is unbelievable and how she as educated me the importance on recovery and stretching . Thank you Paige your a superstar
