Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

Amy also gave me advice on how to benefit from my treatment & some self care tips to enhance my experience. I had an amazing post‑op lymphatic drainage massage with Nicole and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly gentle and skilled throughout, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. There was absolutely no pain, just soothing, effective treatment that left me feeling less swollen and more comfortable. The hygiene standards were outstanding, which is so important after surgery. Everything was spotless, professional, and handled with real care. I’d highly recommend Nicole to anyone needing post‑op support. A genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

Amazing as always! I come regularly for sports massages with Meesha and couldn’t recommend her more, today was especially amazing as I have been suffering with pain in my right shoulder, I feel so much better already and a bonus this massage got rid of a 3 day long migraine I had been suffering with, always a 10/10 service here 💖

Visited Lisa with problems with my achilles tendon and my knee. After a session of acupuncture they certainly feel a lot more free moving and am no longer needing to take pain killers

Nicki made things super comfortable and calm. I came in for a deep tissue back massage because of some back pain I've been having recently. Jenny is extremely passionate, dedicated and professional in what she does. Having not done anything of this nature in the past, I went to her with a muscle tightness in my pec/shoulder and some mobility issues. She provided a thorough assessment, was clear with detailed explanations and her personality makes you feel at ease straight away. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the Liverpool area in need of support.

Greeted by Rokus in the most beautiful premises! I was made to feel very comfortable! I had a deep Therapy massage, can’t put into words how amazing it was! I felt like a New woman walking out. I am in constant pain with fibromyalgia/spondilitus & sciatic nerve problems! So i will def be booking many more treatments going forward! I Highly reccomend Rokas.

I started going to see Lisa due to pains in my joints and I didn't want to pop pain killers everyday. I've just finished my 2nd acupuncture treatment along with a back massage and cupping and I feel like a million dollars! Since my 1st treatment a few weeks ago, my joint pain is already less frequent and much less painful if it does flare up... Which is definitely progress. I no longer use pain killers for joint pain either. I highly recommend Lisa, she's truly amazing!

I felt very relaxed and comfortable with Jenny. I shared a lot during my first consultation and I felt safe and confident that she understood my needs and was honest about how she could support me. I have booked two further appointments and feel positive that Jenny can help mw manage my chronic pain.

I always have the most amazing relaxation with Nicki, it’s really helped with my lower back pain that I struggle with. Would highly recommend! X

Absolutely amazing acupuncture treatment i love every minute when I go. So relaxing and a great time to switch off.

Rokas was lovely and i think i've just had the best deep tissue massage in years!! Very thorough and released so much tension/knotting. Highly recommend Ando Wellness to anyone dealing with tension/pain. Rokas also gave me some suggestions on exercises i can do to help my sciatica.

This was my first appointment with Rico. He took his time to find out what I needed and worked really hard to give me a treatment that eased my chronic neck pain. It was very helpful.

Amy has really helped with stiffness and pain I get from work (beautician) just 2 sessions in and I already feel a relief! So professional & welcoming and her space is so relaxing and calm. Highly recommend

Very professional and has a unique way of making you feel at ease, identified the root of my nerve pain and had a wealth of knowledge on different movement exercises to start the healing process, would definitely recommend.
