Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

I asked Lisa to help alleviate a bad bout of hayfever that I was experiencing. She very quickly and professionally had my lying down with acupuncture needles in areas that helped almost immediately I have to say! I woke up the following morning with no symptoms and that has continued since. This is a must for hayfever sufferers to have regularly over the season to help normal life resume!

I felt very relaxed and comfortable with Jenny. I shared a lot during my first consultation and I felt safe and confident that she understood my needs and was honest about how she could support me. Amazing as always! I come regularly for sports massages with Meesha and couldn’t recommend her more, today was especially amazing as I have been suffering with pain in my right shoulder, I feel so much better already and a bonus this massage got rid of a 3 day long migraine I had been suffering with, always a 10/10 service here 💖

Had my mani and pedi done by Sisi and honestly couldn’t be happier! She was so lovely and welcoming, and made me feel really comfortable from the start. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail, and I absolutely love how they turned out. Will definitely be going back to Sisi again! 💕😍

I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Definitely a great addition to our little community I am definitely going back! Really informative and professional, put my daughter at ease while she was trying acupuncture for migraine relief for the first time, hoping it gives her some relief but Lisa shown us some ways to help when a migraine comes on which was really helpful definitely would recommend .
