Jenny is extremely passionate, dedicated and professional in what she does. Having not done anything of this nature in the past, I went to her with a muscle tightness in my pec/shoulder and some mobility issues. She provided a thorough assessment, was clear with detailed explanations and her personality makes you feel at ease straight away. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the Liverpool area in need of support.

I turned up with a real challenge for Amy this time, a weightlifting related injury had really messed my shoulder up, but with her knowledge tools and skill (and brute force 😂) enabled a full night sleep and light at the end of the tunnel. I can’t praise her enough, keeps me moving.

Great clinic, relaxing environment and one of the best sports massage ive ever had. Therapist was fantastic, knowledgeable and put me at ease right from the start.

This was my first appointment with Rico. He took his time to find out what I needed and worked really hard to give me a treatment that eased my chronic neck pain. It was very helpful.

Rokas has been amazing from start to finish. Very informative during booking. The massage was great, very honest at my situation and good at what he does. In the end he provided tips and exercises to continue at home . I felt amazing and much better after first session. 100% recommend and will be back again!
