I was bought a gift voucher by my son who rates her highly and goes regularly to her as he suffers with shoulder and back pain so thought it would do my issues good also which it did she is a miracle worker and a lovely friendly person . I met Andrew for the 1st time yesterday and had a sports massage and cupping therapy for my lower back pain and tightness. Andrew quickly went to work on me and relieved the tension in my back and hip flexors. He has a plethora of knowledge and certainly knows what he is doing. Was a very pleasant experience and I found he easy to talk to. He's a very pleasant and polite young man. Will definitely be going back. Thanks Andrew.

Erika was so lovely and full of helpful information, she showed me some exercises I can do at home and gave extra attention to the areas I had problems with. I'm clear with what areas I need to strengthen to improve my posture now and stop me from getting back pain. She has really loosened up my back, which has been causing me pain for months. I highly recommend!

My appointment was for a back massage as I have been expetience lower back pain Leong worked on deep tissue around my spine, hips, pelvis, legs and gave me some exercises to help correct posture. Amazing relief. Thank you so much

So pleased with the treatment I have had from Louise that I now make a booking every 3 weeks. She relieved the pain with massage and needles when I hurt my back and has helped me improve my posture with exercises. With her advice on vitamin supplements as well, I honestly feel better than I did 10 years ago. At 81 I am now looking forward to being 91, thanks to the excellent treatment received!

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

Chronic neck and head pain for 15 months and received no support and understanding from GPs, yet just one, short acupuncture treatment with Penny today the pain is lifted and I have some respite. I will continue my two weekly visits with much enthusiasm and faith.

I have been having acupuncture and massage with Louise for several months to help my knee pain as I needed a operation for a new knee. Since attending Thrive Wellness Centre and seeing Louise for treatment she has help me lose over a stone in weight and I am no longer in so much pain and will not be having a knee operation. I now see Louise for regularly for treatment to maintain my health and wellbeing.

I’ve seen Roger twice now and he is amazing. The things that I was suffering with are so much better I can’t believe how much better I feel in myself being pain free. I highly recommend seeing Roger if you are in pain and need relief.

I went for a facial yesterday for a special treat. Louise took a history of what products I was using and explained in depth of what the facial would consist of. It was super relaxing and included a shoulder and head massage. My skin feels so much better, my neck pain has gone, thank you Louise your help is always appreciated.

Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.

This angel was brought to me by another 😇🙏🏻 absolutely astounding knowledge & power of a woman 👊🏼🔥 light & love. Red light therapy is a must for everyone. Especially those struggling with pain, skin problems, eyes, you name it, I believe red light therapy can fix & rejuvenation your body’s cells its fact. My mums recovery from cancer surgery is proving to be good so far!
