Hands down the best massage & facial I’ve ever had (even woke myself up snoring 😂) I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! Can’t wait to come back again already

My experience at Elite Chiro was second to none. From adjusting, stretching, exercises, cupping to acupuncture. This Doctor excels at multiple professions. I have attended appointments with medical practitioners and other chiropractors and I can confidently say that elite Chiro is the only place that was truly able to help me. He listened to what I had to say and never interrupted me once. His questioning methods were precise and got him exactly what he needed to assist me successfully. I couldn’t be happier and recommend him wholeheartedly.

I had a very relaxing and peaceful experience. Anita was friendly and welcoming and put me at ease straight away. The treatment room is lovely and calming and the treatment was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Aylesbury Health & Wellness and will certainly be back again.

Just had an amazing sports massage with Benji and would highly recommend him. He took the time to listen carefully to my areas of concern and focused on relieving the tension where I needed it most. He immediately put me at ease with his professional and friendly approach. I could definitely feel the benefits of the treatment afterwards, with less tension and greater ease of movement. Benji is knowledgeable, attentive, and tailors the session to your individual needs. I'll certainly be booking again.

Corinne was amazing. I was about 20 hours post marathon when I had my massage and she was so gentle on my sore & inflamed muscles. Definitely the best massage I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot), so relaxing, friendly, and I felt so comfortable. She is very good at what she does and I will definitely be returning!

Fantastic service, made you feel comfortable spoke to you about the process and what she could see when having the treatment and gave suggestions about what could be causing any problems. Morning after I felt great. I will be making this part of my health and wellness rountine every few months as this treatment is effective and beneficial to your body. A must try even if its once.

Jody made me very welcome, and helped me relax quickly in a new environment. How she manages to do so much to help my body in 45 mins is amazing. I always leave her felling more supple and envigorated. Will definitely be back to Bierton! Wonderful setting!
