I had such an amazing experience at my wax appointment! The environment was very clean and she was welcoming, professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Lady mel was absolutely amazing! She ripped off more than just hair, she ripped off my doubts about getting a Brazilian wax again! 😂 Seriously, she's a pro! So polite, informative, and professional.
