I had my hair appointment yesterday with Natalia and absolutely loved the result. She did a root retouch and blowout, and my color came out perfectly matched to the rest of my hair. I’m always impressed by how well she gets the color right every time, even though she wasn’t the one who originally dyed it. She is attentive, kind, and really takes the time to make sure you leave looking exactly how you wanted. Highly recommended!

Anna at Escape Salon did a fantastic job with my hair! I travel a lot and its not easy to find a hair salon in a new place. Anna has many years of experience with colors and cuts and I would completely trust her! She is from Canada, so, it was nice to not worry about the language either, I enjoyed meeting her and the owner! The prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. I had a root-color and a hair cut. If you are in Punta Cana and need help with your hair, go see Anna! The salon also does nails.

Ana is amazing! She did a beautiful job with my hair, and I’m so happy with the results. She is talented, professional, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I also love the salon; it has a great atmosphere and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Ana to anyone looking for a great hairdresser.

También quedé encantada con el secado de mi cabello hecho por Carolina! Solo deben mejorar la comunicación entre la chica que maneja la agenda de quien sigue. Diana es súper profesional, amable y muy atenta a los detalles. Es mi segunda vez con ella y me encanta su trabajo; se nota que lo hace con mucho amor, algo que el dinero no puede comprar. 💅 Esta vez me hice tips ovaladas con builder Cuccio en rojo vino con efecto Cat Eye en las manos y builder en los pies con el mismo color y efecto, ¡y estoy feliz! 😍 Mis uñas quedaron hermosísimas, y lo que más valoro es el cuidado y la dedicación con que trabaja. Sin duda, una excelente profesional que recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. ❤️

My husband and I visited the salon today. My husband got a haircut and a pedicure. I had my hair coloured , cut and styled. John Martin is an excellent stylist. We were both very pleased with the service and genuine care we received. My husband’s pedicure was done with professional expertise. Olga gave him some very good advise for the care of his toenails. All staff there are so welcoming and thoughtful. 10/10 for sure !

I've been doing my hair for over 30 years, and finding the right hairdresser has often been a hit-or-miss journey. I had a great experience! The service was excellent, and I really appreciated how the stylist worked with my curls—they looked amazing. Since I recently had surgery, the owner went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She also gave helpful advice, suggesting I focus on curl definition rather than volume so the style would last until my next wash day. I truly felt cared for and left feeling confident. Highly recommend!
