The hairstyle was unique that they named it after me which is nice. I was encouraged to try something new, and I don't regret it. I am more impressed with the hair treatment I received it wad catered to the condition of my hair at that moment. I suggest that the salon should have a loyal royalty voucher for reoccurring clients it would encourage more visits back to the salon and to consider playing music in the background for ambience to create more of a relaxing atmosphere

My masseuse was very professional and gave me a very relaxing massage. So relaxing that I dozed off and she was gracious enough to not wake me. Lol. I would go back over and over for that experience. We all know how stressful Lagos traffic can be.

Very good experience. Rhe salon was clean tidy and comfortable. Good ambience. The pedicurist was knowledgeable, warm and friendly and gentle with my nails. The braiders did a good job with twisting my natural hair. No side talks so I felt relaxed.

I’ve been using KLS since September 2024 for bi-weekly hair treatment. My hair came in dry with very flaky scalp but now it’s more lush than it has been in years. The flaky scalp has drastically reduced. Beyond this, their customer service is top notch. They are kind and always willing to help. My stylist, Grace is excellent. She knows what she is doing and she is always open to listen to me to get exactly what I want. I’m really happy I chose KLS and I hope the experience stays top-notch!

It was good. I was well attended to and staff was very warm. My hair was styled very well. It could have been great though but for the water tap switching from hot to cold otherwise, I had a good experience.

The haircut treatment was very good. Unfortunately the WiFi did not work and since I am visiting Lagos, this presented a challenge for me in paying with an international card. In the end, an employee let me use his mobile hotspot. The word is out among international visitors that Groomed is the best place for a great hair cut. PLEASE make sure your wifi works.
