Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Words cannot describe my reiki experience. Kayleigh was so clear explaining the treatment and I immediately felt her warmth and experience. Kayleigh guided me throughout and I trusted her to lead. The whole experience was amazing and I left feeling so relaxed, clear and comforted. Would highly recommend and will be returning again 😊

Absolutely incredible facial, an hour of pure relaxation. Michelle was very friendly and welcoming, put me completely at ease. The setting was beautiful very spa-like with low lighting and relaxing music. Michelle has magic hands! Her massage was amazing and the products were lovely, smelt beautiful. My skin is glowing and I feel refreshed after some much needed me-time. I will definitely be back for another facial and will be recommending to my friends/family. Thank you!

I had micro needing done for the fist time I was a little apprehensive about it but fallon put me at ease with step to step information in products being applied and used on me constantly asked if I was feeling ok and reassuring me every step.

Eva is the absolute BEST at what she does 🤍 As a long-time client, I will literally never go to anyone else. I always leave obsessed with my lashes and brows — she just gets it every single time. She works so hard, and everything she does is done with intention; her passion is so clear in her work. Not only is her work flawless, but her salon has the dreamiest, spa-like vibes and the best conversations. I can’t wait for my next appointment! 💫

So lovely! And honestly the best lashes I’ve had! So worth going she will listen to what you want and get it spot on

Lovely owner & therapist. Very clean salon. I had Hifu. I was sceptical but thought would try it. I felt very little during the treatment despite it being on maximum power (though I have been told I’ve got a high pain threshold). Apparently it can be a bit uncomfortable. I found it quite rélaxing. Results are meant to take a few weeks but a week in &my skin definitely appears firmer & refreshed. I’m 52. Treatment is expensive but if the improvement continues I’ll definitely have it again. Much better to make your skin produce collagen than inject poisons in. Highly recommmend salon & Hifu
