Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Spoke in depth and made a treatment plan customised to my skin concerns and type, and advised on how to maximise the benefits of the facial. Excellent service from nikki she went above & beyond my son's severe eczema really improved after first appt of light therapy not just his physical appearance but the pain too & also went out of her way to source some serum to further improve his condition & offer additional things he could do to help it.

I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

Excellent service, very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and hygenic. I was impressed with the fact that she was using gloves and all her tools were sanitized. I am sure that I will be coming back for more services. Good job and keep it up. Also very convenient as they have a free parking space outside and very accommodating. Had a nice experience.

I had my brows micro-bladed for the first time on Tuesday am so thankful I did. It has given me shape to my face. The lady is a true artist no pain experienced. She was very professional and a good listener. I am incredibly satisfied

I’ve been going to Izabella for years now and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my makeup. She absolutely smashes it every single time 😭✨ She just gets exactly what I want without me even needing to explain properly. My makeup always lasts all day/night and I leave feeling my absolute best. She’s also so lovely which makes the whole experience even better. Couldn’t recommend Izabella enough 💖
