Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely. Such an amazing salon with such lovely staff members . I have been here a few times now after having a bad experience with glam hauls across the road . The massages I get done from tee are amazing my spine was so bad and she managed to fix it so happy and she makes me feel so at ease and comfortable it’s hard to get that elsewhere . I had micro-needling recently done by nahid I was bit anxious but she made my experience so good and done wonders to my skin it’s never looked so good . This is my number one beauty salon to go highly recommend 💕🙌🙌 xx

I had a 1-1 training day booked in with Resiân and from the moment the training started I knew I made the right decision. Resiân is very knowledgeable and passionate about her skills and really wants to educate and inform in the best way. Everything was explained in detail and no question felt silly to ask. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and the 6 hour drive to and fro was most definitely worth it!
