Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

First time visiting Izabella and I couldn’t of felt more welcome and relaxed. Spoke in depth and made a treatment plan customised to my skin concerns and type, and advised on how to maximise the benefits of the facial. Such a beautiful atmosphere and room, and a really lovely women. Highly recommend 🥰

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely. Such an amazing salon with such lovely staff members . I have been here a few times now after having a bad experience with glam hauls across the road . The massages I get done from tee are amazing my spine was so bad and she managed to fix it so happy and she makes me feel so at ease and comfortable it’s hard to get that elsewhere . I had micro-needling recently done by nahid I was bit anxious but she made my experience so good and done wonders to my skin it’s never looked so good . This is my number one beauty salon to go highly recommend 💕🙌🙌 xx

I’ve had 3 facials with Izabella and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and always tailors each treatment to exactly what my skin needs. Every appointment feels relaxing but also really results driven. I’ve noticed such a big improvement in my skin since I started. On top of that, she’s just a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable straight away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing.
