Both myself and my 15 year old daughter have massages with Cheryl. She is the best we’ve ever had. Great pressure, brilliant flow and works really hard to ease up on any tension. My daughter has not long got back from her massage and said Cheryl is just amazing and her neck and and back are feeling a lot looser already. The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! I really recommend her services: an all round excellent experience!

“I had a 60-minute shoulder, back & neck massage and it was fantastic. Ewelina checked in about the pressure, found all the tight spots in my shoulders and upper back, and worked them out without it being painful. The space was clean, calm, and professional.
