I had a really great experience with Sukhi. She was extremely professional, and it was the first time I’d had eyebrow mapping, including shaping. She explained every step of the process and carried everything out with great care and attention to detail. She was also quick and efficient, while making sure I was comfortable throughout. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I visited for a facial and back treatment. The service was absolutely amazing and Salma was wonderful. It was a very calming and relaxing experience and she took the time to have a conversation with me prior to the treatment about what I’m looking to get out of treatment. She really took her time, and a lot of care when doing the facial and massage. She also gave a scalp massage which was lovely. I will definitely be visiting again and recommending to friends and family. Thank you so much.
