My masseuse was very professional and gave me a very relaxing massage. So relaxing that I dozed off and she was gracious enough to not wake me. Lol. I would go back over and over for that experience. We all know how stressful Lagos traffic can be.

My experience with sigma med spa always gets better each time I visit. They’re my favorite spa in Lagos

I had the Sea C Facial and body massage. It was a beautiful experience. From the reception to the service from the Spa specialist, it was truly comfortable and I look forward to another.

It was a good experience! We had a great time! The staff were pleasant!

Koolsinee was the height of my experience! Omg! She was so professional and kind. This was my first Hamman and she made me so comfortable! I will be coming for more! The massage was splendid! No aftermath pain that has made me dread massages in the past. This massage was soo good!!! The facials was also good! Thank you all for such great service! I already booked my next appointment, that's proof that I had a beautiful experience. Thank you!

While the quality of the service itself was good, I was very disappointed by the lack of pricing transparency. I booked through Fresha and received a confirmation for a specific total. However, after the service was completed, I was charged double the amount stated in my booking. I wasn't informed of any price increase upon arrival or during the appointment. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or explanation—I was simply expected to pay the difference. It’s unfair to misrepresent prices online, and I hope the management updates Fresha to avoid misleading future clients.

Staff were great however they repeatedly took light in the steam room leaving me in the pitch dark for 10 minutes at a time staff did their best

Nice customer service

Godia was great hence the 4stars. Arrival and getting to the building was stressful- code given wasn’t accepted by gatemen. Initial hostess was very rude and cold- when I complained- Godia was assigned to me. The Hammam and lymphatic massage were both relaxing. The building was humid without AC on till I arrived- lights went out 3 times and we had to stop to get a torchlight to continue- started out rough but it all ended well…will be back

Service was excellent from beginning to end. The wax therapist was knowledgeable, and also made me comfortable throughout the process. When I come to Lagos this is my go to spot for my woman monthly maintenance.
