I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I just had the most amazing foot reflexology session with Erika! She worked on specific points on my feet that connect to different parts of my body, and I could literally feel the tension melting away. And you know what? I slept like a baby that night – something I haven't done in ages. Erika's expertise and care made the experience truly exceptional. I'm definitely going to make this a regular treat for myself! 🤩

We have been coming to Michelle for years. Her treatments are amazing. My favourite treatment is the Reflex-age which includes a head, neck and shoulder message with foot reflexology. Pure bliss. My mum has hand reflexology which she thoroughly recommends 💞

I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

Jac’s 60-minute head spa and massage was incredible from start to finish. She was so warm and welcoming, and the relaxing treatment room with calming music and a heated bed instantly put me at ease. The treatment itself was unbelievably soothing — the warm water, gentle touch, and beautiful cherry blossom oils made me completely lose track of time. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional, right down to the homemade cookie at the end. I’ve already booked my next visit and can’t recommend Jac enough!

I’ve had several reflexology treatments with Sylvia and every single one has been amazing. Today I had my very first Swedish massage — and it was absolutely incredible! I really had a lovely experience in a very calming place. Sylvia is such a lovely lady with soft touch and left asleep during my feet massage. I enjoyed the cup of tea at the end . I definitely recommend you guys to try and will go back for more.
