I've had massages all over the world but nothing like today's with Origin Wellness. I did my research before booking, as I am on holiday in Cape Town. It was amazing and during the 90 minute massage I could feel that Rayhaana could feel the tension stored up in my body due to my lifestyle. I felt so much lighter afterwards and have booked in again before I leave. Cannot recommend highly enough. If I am ever back in Cape Town, I will definitely be back!

Another fantastic massage experience at Woodstock Spa Suite. My first massage on Wednesday was so good that I had to come back on Friday for another massage before leaving Cape Town! The four hands massage is definitely an experience everyone should try... Daniel and Caleb were excellent - professional and friendly - and I was totally at peace and relaxed after the massage. I'll definitely be back when I'm next in Cape Town. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.

Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

I had my first treatment at the Woodstock Spa a few days ago. After a couple of weeks in Cape Town my skin needed some attention after all the sun, sea and sand. I booked the Hamman treatment with Caleb. He really put me at my ease from the start with amazing calm and smile explaining the treatment. To start the body scrub and conditioning in the shower was incredible. Then the full body massage was out of this world with a mix of firm sports massage elements and long sensual tantric movements- I was lost in the moment. I left revitalised, great feeling skin - highly recommend !!🔥

I just had to write a review about my experience with Tammy at Origin Wellness Spa in Cape Town. I booked a facial, massage, and manicure package, and Tammy took care of everything. First off, her facial technique was incredible - my skin felt completely refreshed and glowing afterward. Then the massage... wow. She found every knot and tension spot I didn't even know I had and worked them out perfectly. The manicure topped everything off beautifully, and Tammy was lovely to chat with throughout the entire session.

Upon arriving in Cape Town from the US, I found myself in need of a relaxing massage after a long flight. A Google search led me to this hidden gem of a massage service. Although initially uncertain about the professionalism of the service provider, my doubts vanished when I attended my appointment the following day. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend this place and recommend getting a massage from Esnarth. I was in Cape Town for dance performance and was greatly aided by Esnarth's massage work. I saw her both pre and post show and each massage was tailored for what my body needed in those cases. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Amazing hands and the right amount pressure. She was even willing to try and work around my schedule. The massage clinic is very clean and inviting for relaxation. I felt super comfortable and will for sure book a massage with Esnarth the next time I'm in Cape Town.

I’ve been to a few massage therapists in Cape Town, and would highly recommend Dynamic Therapy. The space has good ambience and energy, and my therapist Zavana was great. She knew what areas to focus on, and I felt great afterwards.

Esnarth is seriously the best and professional therapist. I have struggled with daily neck pain for months and these massages are the first thing to give me any kind of relief. After two weeks of exploring Cape Town, my entire body was tense, tired, and aching. My eyes had seen everything they wanted to see, and my wanderlust for the month had been satisfied, but my body had definitely paid the price. A visit to FL Aesthetics Clinic and a massage by Esnarth was the perfect addition to my reset ritual before my flight back home. Within 90 short minutes, my body felt at ease again, having been completely reworked by Esnarth. A closing tea with honey was the perfect way to end the experience and there’s no doubt I’ll be visiting on each return to Cape Town in the future

Hands down my favourite Hawaiian Lomilomi massage in Cape Town. You will never leave disappointed at this place. I once received a gift pamper package at another place for valentines day complete with scrubs and a massage. I did not feel satisfied leaving the first venue and immediately called FL Aesthetics Clinic after Google search and it did not disappoint, I left with a big smile. Ever since I have been coming here and always make me satisfied, Esnarth is my choice of therapist.
