Thank you for letting us know, Juanita. It's not uncommon to feel tenderness after a full body session, especially if targeted areas needed deeper work this usually eases within a day or two. An Epsom salt bath can help soothe Zara’s muscles in the meantime. Wishing her a speedy recovery!

I had my doubts,I was not convinced by Zavana recommendation, Courtney is everything and more than I was told about her,my first time with Courtney, she enquired my history and went well above ,she really took the time and treated every area of stiffness,even those areas of the body that was not mentioned,really satisfied with Courtney treatment,despite her so petite, her experience is well diverse, looking forward to the next session.
