As soon as you arrive, Abbie is waiting offering refreshments prior to leading you to your treatment room. You have a thorough discussion and she outlines the products she will be using. Following this the massage was great and the small touches like the heated blanket work a charm. Great service and I will be back.

I had a postpartum massage followed by reflexology (my first time), and it was such a lovely experience. What attracted me to GlowMama was the focus on women’s health, supporting pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. It was a very good session. Fares was highly professional, he first took the time to understand my pain before starting the treatment. I suffer from sciatica nerve pain, and the stretching and massage he performed really helped relieve it. He also suggested a few exercises for me to do at home. I felt very comfortable throughout the session with him. Although I am still a bit sore from the massage, I do feel that it has helped.

Laura is absolutely fabulous. I have had 4 sessions with her in the last fortnight, I have highlighted my issues and things I'd like to improve. Posture, flexibility and problem areas, she listens and identifies, targets specific areas and correction suggestions. Exactly what I needed and need.
