Caelie came to my home for a mobile (pregnancy) manual lymphatic drainage massage. Caelie was so lovely, immediately put me at ease and was very knowledgeable about the treatment. She left me half asleep to be honest... I felt so relaxed and genuinely lighter afterwards even though I didn't have much swelling. It was such a gorgoeus treatment. I'd definitely recommend Caelie and MLD even if it's just for general wellness.

Farah was so welcoming and so professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she was doing it. The treatment was amazing, I felt really comfortable and the massage was so relaxing! Again, Farah explained what she was doing and why she was doing it during the treatment, showing her expertise. After the treatment, I was given great advice and aftercare to support recovery. I will 100% be booking in again!

Had my First Lymphatic drainage massage today 7 days to the day (Mon) I had surgery (MMO) and I was feeling very swollen and my tummy in particular was hard and making me a bit miserable, after an hour with Jades amazing hands I felt so much better, lighter and less restricted I absolutely cannot wait for Wednesday for my next one, I would highly recommend her and so much more convenient at home - just amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I attended TherapyFit for a consultation and lymphatic drainage massage treatment with Farah. Farah was very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything clearly before and during the massage ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Additionally providing guidance on how to perform the massage myself and aftercare requirements with a supporting email. Farah also highlighted another problem area which I was aware of but never mentioned which I was impressed with. Farah was very open and friendly putting me at ease right away, she explained everything she was doing thoroughly which meant I was able to learn so much about my body. The massage was amazing, with Farah checking that the pressure was right throughout and she has sent exercises for me to do to fix some of the slight issues she found. Thank you so much, the whole experience was excellent and I’ll definitely be back.

Once again great service, gave me lots of advice on how to move forward with my issue. Sports massage was great and taught me great stretches for my issue. Incredibly helpful.
