My first time at Glam Lashes with Sue, and I was honestly so nervous! 🥰 I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but Sue was so welcoming, friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. She made me feel completely comfortable and put me at ease straight away. She constantly spoke to me throughout the procedure, checked that I was okay and explained everything so clearly. Her communication was absolutely brilliant, which made the whole experience feel so relaxing. Kesha did my haircut today and the overall experience was really good. She was professional, patient, and explained clearly what would suit my hair better. I appreciated her honest suggestion and attention to detail. The haircut turned out natural, fresh, and well-shaped, and the blow-dry added nice volume and movement. I felt comfortable throughout and left the salon really happy with the result. Will visit again. Totally recommend them.

My first ever fillers today. Excellent treatment from the lovely Molly. She was so kind and professional and explained the process every step of the way putting me at ease. Full of knowledge and the client really is her number one priority. The immediate result is amazing and I can't wait for any swelling to subside to see the full effect.
