Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session. Overall, glad I went with my gut. Would be back

Amazing wax experience with Otu, she’s very chatty and engaging. I think I will call her the Queen of waxing or the coochie doctor and that’s cos she knows exactly what the coochie needs. I have been to other places to wax, but this waxing thing with Otu is a discovery😁

I came in on two separate days, to remove my old lashes and then to get a fresh set the following day. The advice, environment, the staff and the service were all top notch! I absolutely love my lashes. I’ll definitely be back ☺️
