I went in for a sugar wax (full leg, underarm, and bikini area) and had a good experience. I was offered water upon arrival, and the ambiance was cozy. The appointment started on time, and the service was efficient and professional. I’m satisfied with the results.

It's the least painful waxing experience I have had so far. It was painful, however, in comparison to other experiences, it wasn't as painful. The lady was also gentle.

I used the numbing cream. My wax lady was nice and polite. The pain from waxing was not too bad. However, my spa specialist/wax lady did not rip off the strips at once. She first tries to pry it open then rips it. That made me anticipate the pain, unlike when the pull it off abruptly so you are able to bear the pain better. Also I like when they add a personal touch and try to gist with you at least. Overall it was good. I woud give it a 5 but for these minor issues.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. The wax therapist was knowledgeable, and also made me comfortable throughout the process. When I come to Lagos this is my go to spot for my woman monthly maintenance.

After all shades of shege seen in this Lagos, Otuanwan is literally God sent. It's me and you for life because this service is second to none. All I can say is thank you, I always look forward to our waxing sessions😊

It was amazing and wholesome, the ambience was great, the staff very friendly and the lady that attended to me was really kind and took her time with my procedure so despite being my first time, I wasn’t nervous or in pain. First time seeing a place in Nigeria that trains their staff to be sooo cordial, helpful and polite.

Still one of the best Spa places and experience have had in Lagos. Try them you won’t regret it.

Khadijah was in charge of waxing me and sincerely I’m nothing short of happy after this first time. She was so gentle and talked me through it even when I thought I couldn’t go on anymore. She’s so kind! I’m definitely visiting again!

Best wax experience in Lagos!!

Had a great experience. Loved the ambience and reception by the staff especially the dark skinned lady at the front desk. She was jovial and well spoken. My waxing lady made me feel absolutely comfortable with zero awkwardness.
