Mostly fine, but the Stylist tugged on my hair way too much while blow drying. I had to stop her midday to tell her my neck was literally bent out of shape.

I come by here everytime I’m in town after I take my braids out and before I remake them. Staff are all really friendly and gentle with the hair. Shoutout to Gbemisola, always so nice and gentle with the hair and always working with a smile on her face :)

Very good experience. Rhe salon was clean tidy and comfortable. Good ambience. The pedicurist was knowledgeable, warm and friendly and gentle with my nails. The braiders did a good job with twisting my natural hair. No side talks so I felt relaxed.

Top notch customer service, nice ambiance, but i really expected more than 1 person per head in a salon that specializes in braids. 7 hours for medium mid length twists is way too long.

I had an awesome experience at the salon. Neat space, friendly and welcoming staff plus the trichologist is very knowledgeable about natural hair and locs. An easy 5-star rating.

Oluchi and Beatrice were amazing! Barely felt any pain during the installation. They were super fast too.

My experience was great. Nice environment and the braider knew what she was doing. Love my hair 🩷

Good experience today. However o feel there could have been more hairstylists allocated to helping take out my hair, rather than the pressure all on one hairstylist which made the process take a lot longer than expected.

Very polite and attentive, clean restroom and hot corn rows, I think I have finally found my salon in Lagos. Thank you for everything and btw nice nail technician too, very professional.

They were fast - got in and out for small knotless in 5 hours.

Great. I appreciate Sarah’s patience. Would have been since if she was able to wrap my hair though. I don’t like to leave my ends out. Overall, I’ll keep coming back

I am very impressed with the services. The staff are very professional and transparent. I am happy and satisfied with the excellent customer service. I was just not comfortable with the security guard outside asking for a tip (money). Other than that I will always come back. The salon is very clean and well lit. The staff also did not have conversations and chat loudly while they were making me look glamorous. They keep it 100% professional. Thanks for having me as your client. Shout out to Fatima, Blessing, Faith and the Nail technician (I forgot his name but he’s the best). Keep it up!
