My experience was great! I cannot remember the name of the girl that waxed me, but she was very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. As it is not my first time waxing at Giselle Wax Room, I must say customer service is always 10/10.

Lilly has a very light. Touch to waxing. Her place is quaint and very clean, The ambiance she has created is very calm schick. May i add she is very professional with attention to detail. She asked along te way to ensure i was comfortable as well as the temperature of the wax. She took the time to explain after care despite i was not a newby to waxing. She is a rare find i would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking quality services. Ample parking available.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Amanda! As someone who hadn't waxed in a while, initially, I was nervous. However, in no time at all I felt completely at ease! Amanda held my attention with great conversation and lots of laughter, which certainly helped to distract from the waxing process. The wax went on hot and came off quickly. The overall experience was mostly painless and I would certainly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a reintroduction to the waxed life.

This was my first time, Nasoya and Rayade both customer service reps was able to answer all my questions and was professional. Ana my pedicure therapist was excellent, warm,friendly and comfortable to talk with. Iesha my wax therapist was superb I had issues in the pass with waxing but now am sold👐. She is absolutely the bestI have come across. Brow can out top tier. Thankie💞

I went to Extra Lengths Beautique for the first time to get a relaxer. Although hesitant because getting a new hairstylist is always scary, Tamika made me feel comfortable instantly. She was very patient and explained her process. All my worries about my hair vanished and I came out with one of the best relaxers in my life! 10/10 would recommend. Let's not forget to mention how pleasant having my eyebrows waxed was! Weird right... pleasant and waxing in the same sentence.
