It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. There's this trick that Jo does, for fanny wax she pulls & then puts her hand on that spot. The touch sensation goes faster to the brain than pain signal. This significantly reduces pain. Jo has always Done that, I went to a pain clinic & the neurologist taught us that to help deal with chronic pain. Such a simple thing - why kiss it better works. 💚 I was not uncomfortable at all, you were super efficient & good company.

Great service. Sisipho did her best to accommodate all my asks and did a great job.
