It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

Kindest, purest most beautiful souls. Eyebrow wax was done painlessly, and she kept it classy, just a beautiful cleanup. I also love that they focus on hair health and instead of color dumping they offer, treatment dumping. Service is on point and you instantly feel at home. Definitely will keep this as my to go to for some TLC. This might just be my favorite place besides home :)

I had a really lovely experience. The space was clean, professional and calming. Charnelle did my dermaplaning and waxing, and she was incredible and very gentle, not aggressive at all, and she explained everything step by step which made me feel at ease.
