Such a relaxing place to take some time for yourself and recharge. The owner is so lovely and the space is super clean and private. We are currently travelling oz in a caravan, so whilst we were in Perth for a week I bought a 5 pack, which was such awesome value and I left feeling so good. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back next time we visit Perth.

Thank you for the warm welcome and detailed explanation! We really enjoyed the sauna and ice bath yesterday. It was my first time trying an ice bath, and I felt so refreshed afterwards. At first, we thought we came to the wrong place because there wasn't a sign outside but we found it eventually. A small sign for visitors would probably help. Such a lovely place to relax, especially at sunset!

My partner and I did the Multi-Sensory Sauna & Ice Bath Journey and just WOW! It was an amazing experience. The meditation was so moving and the space is really nice and calming. I walked out feeling so much better than when I walked in. I loved it, going to do it again soon.

Not sure if it's worth the price. Loved the rain shower and the steam room..but there wasn't any body wash in the shower and we had to ask in the middle of the shower. The masseuse who took care of my husband was rushed. The refreshments were sad. Not worth it

Good experience, loved the breakdown and guidance given by Chelle prior to going in it was very professional and helpful! Really welcoming host. The set up is very pretty and loved the sauna/ ice bath itself would probably just add a few adjustments like maybe putting a water jug / tap outside if you’re in need during the session and adding changing room space! And a bit of time between clients so you can get washed & dressed without worrying. But overall we enjoyed our experience :)

I did the shift experience and absolutely loved it. I loved the guided session using the headphones to tell me when to move in and out of the sauna and the ice bath as well as the guided breathing. Really felt my body relax throughout the session and will definitely be back again. Really friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing experience! Loved the bathhouse and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves! So relaxing, only thing I’d recommend is some water in there as some people don’t like coconut water and we were dying of thirst after the sauna haha! Massage was beautiful, such kind staff and I love the heated massage beds. Will definitely be back :)

Wonderful experience, the bathhouse offers all the comforts some might look for, from a spacious sauna to a warm mineral pool, without missing out on the ice bath. The staff were lovely, and accommodating. We rocked up 15 minutes late as we couldn’t find the store and they let us took our time without rushing. 10/10

Such an incredible space! So peaceful and relaxing. The option between the infra-red and hot stone sauna is great, depending on what kind of sauna you feel like on the day. Would highly recommend to anyone! 5 🌟

My experience at “Locked in Recovery & Performance was perfect, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, if you want to improve your performance and recovery then this is the place, the sauna’s and ice bath are top quality and the set up of the place is incredible, you can tell how much time and effort has gone into building this - top place and top people 🙏🏼

The treatment was lovely. The therapist was a little hard to understand at times. I feel the full facial in my treatment has been shortened, however it was still lovely. The inclusion of foot and hand/arm massage was a bonus.

The best massage I have ever had! We went for my partners birthday (bathhouse and couples massage), left feeling so relaxed! They have everything you need and we were treated so welcolmingly from the front desk throughout, so it honestly felt like luxury. We were lucky enough to have the bathhouse all to ourselves which was a nice bonus! Thanks for making our day so special, we will definitely be back! :)

It is definitely my new favorite spa. 😍 I had an incredible massage with Ally, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience. Amazing! The facilities are so clean, the centre has such a relaxing atmosphere and vibe! Nothing better than starting a day by doing some personal training with Khan, followed by enjoying the recovery facilities such as sauna and ice bath. Highly recommend
