My first-time infrared sauna, I feel it helps with my sore muscle and joints, nice and lovely clinic, with a new roomy sauna, clean shower, and good explanation. Lack of parking, be careful not to park in a permit zone.

I genuinely enjoyed every moment. The private sauna melted my stress away, the magnesium bath was so soothing, and the cold plunge gave me the best energy boost. The receptionist Roxy walked us through everything and was so friendly and welcoming. Such a beautiful experience👍🏻👍🏻

The Infrared Sauna is great. I always feel amazing after having a session. For me it is half an hour of being completely relaxed and not thinking about whatever else I need to do. I do recommend it!

The most wonderful infrared experience. Really felt a difference after the sauna. The lymphatic massage was fantastic. Great combination of targeting tight areas and relaxing.

Absolutely incredible experience today at The Orchard Richmond. We did everything including oxygen, red light, compression boots, sauna, cold plunge and float. Everything was fabulous. While we’ve done it before never at Richmond and it was fabulous. The cold plunge and sauna was a highlight. Symee and Liz are beautiful people and make the experience perfect. Really recommend you give it a try. We felt fabulous walking out.

My experience at The Orchard is always such a joy. The treatments themselves are incredibly beneficial, and Liz and Sym make the whole experience even more delightful. I’ve visited on and off for years, but now I find myself making it a weekly ritual. The space is beautifully cared for—friendly, quiet, and warmly inviting. I’m especially fond of the red light and infrared saunas, though I like to mix things up and try everything from time to time—all of which are wonderful. Thank you, Liz and Sym—you truly are magic. Love the private sauna and ice bath experience! The sauna room is exceptionally clean and really nice. You get the iPad to listen to music and can adjust the colours in the infrared sauna! My only suggestion would be maybe some hooks in the showers could be good to hang your towels! But otherwise amazing. Love the little menu of hydration sachets and little drinks you can get.

The service and just the overall atmosphere of super young is amazing and make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Favorite is Red Light, Infrared Sauna and Cyro. Will be back regularly 😃
