Today I enjoyed a 90 minute Infrared Sauna and Hawaiian lomi treatment with Natalia. It was a sublime experience in a private and relaxed setting. My first-time infrared sauna, I feel it helps with my sore muscle and joints, nice and lovely clinic, with a new roomy sauna, clean shower, and good explanation. Lack of parking, be careful not to park in a permit zone.

I recently visited Kalm Springs Brighton and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had the LED face treatment and an Infrared Sauna. The facilities were top-notch, with high end treatment rooms and all the amenities I could ask for. I highly recommend KSB to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or holistic wellness services. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

I had the most beautiful first time experience at Kalm Springs. The studio itself is absolutely divine and the owner is incredibly warm and knowledgeable. She gently coached me through my breathing, which made all the difference for my first (proper) cold plunge. We started with a sauna, moved into the plunge and finished with a float — the perfect sequence. I left feeling calm, grounded and completely reset. Highly recommend!!

The Infrared Sauna is great. I always feel amazing after having a session. For me it is half an hour of being completely relaxed and not thinking about whatever else I need to do. I do recommend it!

The most wonderful infrared experience. Really felt a difference after the sauna. The lymphatic massage was fantastic. Great combination of targeting tight areas and relaxing.

This was my first floatation therapy experience and really enjoyed it. The Orchard is beautiful with lots of wellness facilities and the room with the tank was modern, clean and private. It took some time getting used to the feeling of floating, the darkness and quiet, but it was super relaxing once I’d settled in. My skin feels great now too! Looking forward to returning for the infrared sauna and ice bath :)

Love love love The Orchard. I'm the poster girl for post surgery recovery with the HBOT + infrared light therapy combo. Becoming a member makes it a very affordable treatment. I will continue with this way beyond what my recovery requires for overall health. Symee could not be more helpful and the equipment/setting is top notch. They have an intro package to try everything on offer which is really well priced at $200 for 3 hrs of bliss. I hope I don't regret posting this review as it might become a whole lot harder to get a booking!

Absolutely incredible experience today at The Orchard Richmond. We did everything including oxygen, red light, compression boots, sauna, cold plunge and float. Everything was fabulous. While we’ve done it before never at Richmond and it was fabulous. The cold plunge and sauna was a highlight. Symee and Liz are beautiful people and make the experience perfect. Really recommend you give it a try. We felt fabulous walking out.

We had three people in our group and we were looked after by Liz for the afternoon, she is so friendly and accommodating - we all had a great time! Everything was new to us - we did the floatation therapy pods, infrared sauna/ice bath and the oxygen chamber. We even got some awesome dinner recommendations nearby from Liz which were super helpful and also ended up being delicious!
