Been a couple of times now to the infrared sauna as well as hot/cold therapy and it’s been great! Staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

It was first time using a Far Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy and Hyberbaric Oxygen chamber. I walked out of The Orchard feeling how I felt when I was 27 years old. I'm about to turn 56. Brilliant!

Today I enjoyed a 90 minute Infrared Sauna and Hawaiian lomi treatment with Natalia. It was a sublime experience in a private and relaxed setting. I felt completely renewed after the service and have rebooked my next session already. I thoroughly recommend this incredibly transformative service. Thank you Natalia!

My first-time infrared sauna, I feel it helps with my sore muscle and joints, nice and lovely clinic, with a new roomy sauna, clean shower, and good explanation. Lack of parking, be careful not to park in a permit zone.

I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

I see Natalia monthly now for the Dry Skin Brushing, Infrared Sauna & Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I highly recommend Infinite Wellness & Massage in Hawthorn. I always feel amazing after my time with Natalia. My health issues have improved greatly as a direct result of my treatments.

This was my first floatation therapy experience and really enjoyed it. The Orchard is beautiful with lots of wellness facilities and the room with the tank was modern, clean and private. It took some time getting used to the feeling of floating, the darkness and quiet, but it was super relaxing once I’d settled in. My skin feels great now too! Looking forward to returning for the infrared sauna and ice bath :)

The Infrared Sauna is great. I always feel amazing after having a session. For me it is half an hour of being completely relaxed and not thinking about whatever else I need to do. I do recommend it!

Love love love The Orchard. I'm the poster girl for post surgery recovery with the HBOT + infrared light therapy combo. Becoming a member makes it a very affordable treatment. I will continue with this way beyond what my recovery requires for overall health. Symee could not be more helpful and the equipment/setting is top notch. They have an intro package to try everything on offer which is really well priced at $200 for 3 hrs of bliss. I hope I don't regret posting this review as it might become a whole lot harder to get a booking!

Absolutely incredible experience today at The Orchard Richmond. We did everything including oxygen, red light, compression boots, sauna, cold plunge and float. Everything was fabulous. While we’ve done it before never at Richmond and it was fabulous. The cold plunge and sauna was a highlight. Symee and Liz are beautiful people and make the experience perfect. Really recommend you give it a try. We felt fabulous walking out.

My experience at The Orchard is always such a joy. The treatments themselves are incredibly beneficial, and Liz and Sym make the whole experience even more delightful. We had three people in our group and we were looked after by Liz for the afternoon, she is so friendly and accommodating - we all had a great time! Everything was new to us - we did the floatation therapy pods, infrared sauna/ice bath and the oxygen chamber. We even got some awesome dinner recommendations nearby from Liz which were super helpful and also ended up being delicious!

I always have the most wonderful relaxing time here. The staff are wonderful ( especially June) and I love bring able to use the infrared and then a massage. A blissful retreat on busy Toorak Rd
