My partner and I enjoyed the atmosphere and experience of the infrared sauna with My Recovery Lounge. Service could be better. It was our first time I would like our host to have more knowledge on the experience. I had questions that didnt feel answered or clear.

My first-time infrared sauna, I feel it helps with my sore muscle and joints, nice and lovely clinic, with a new roomy sauna, clean shower, and good explanation. Lack of parking, be careful not to park in a permit zone.

Both the infrared and traditional sauna facilities are absolutely amazing! The traditional is my favourite of the two I definitely recommend visiting and doing in addition with the ice bath♥️

First time coming to gentle recovery, and the experience was really great. I did the infrared sauna and cold bath. First time doing the cold bath, and left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Coming back tomorrow and taking a pal to experience it too!

I recently visited Kalm Springs Brighton and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had the LED face treatment and an Infrared Sauna. The facilities were top-notch, with high end treatment rooms and all the amenities I could ask for. I highly recommend KSB to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or holistic wellness services. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

I genuinely enjoyed every moment. The private sauna melted my stress away, the magnesium bath was so soothing, and the cold plunge gave me the best energy boost. The receptionist Roxy walked us through everything and was so friendly and welcoming. Such a beautiful experience👍🏻👍🏻

The Infrared Sauna is great. I always feel amazing after having a session. For me it is half an hour of being completely relaxed and not thinking about whatever else I need to do. I do recommend it!

This was my first floatation therapy experience and really enjoyed it. The Orchard is beautiful with lots of wellness facilities and the room with the tank was modern, clean and private. It took some time getting used to the feeling of floating, the darkness and quiet, but it was super relaxing once I’d settled in. My skin feels great now too! Looking forward to returning for the infrared sauna and ice bath :)

My experience at The Orchard is always such a joy. The treatments themselves are incredibly beneficial, and Liz and Sym make the whole experience even more delightful. I’ve visited on and off for years, but now I find myself making it a weekly ritual. The space is beautifully cared for—friendly, quiet, and warmly inviting. Love love love The Orchard. I'm the poster girl for post surgery recovery with the HBOT + infrared light therapy combo. Becoming a member makes it a very affordable treatment. I will continue with this way beyond what my recovery requires for overall health. Symee could not be more helpful and the equipment/setting is top notch. They have an intro package to try everything on offer which is really well priced at $200 for 3 hrs of bliss. I hope I don't regret posting this review as it might become a whole lot harder to get a booking!

The service and just the overall atmosphere of super young is amazing and make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Favorite is Red Light, Infrared Sauna and Cyro. Will be back regularly 😃
