I recently visited Spa Central Batam and had an amazing experience with Aya. From the moment the session started, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled at what she does. Her massage technique was strong, consistent, and very relaxing — exactly what I needed after a tiring week. You can really tell she has experience and passion in her work. I had a pregnancy massage (currently 5 months pregnant) along with glow boost facial, and it was truly 2hrs of pure bliss! The massage therapist Atik did an amazing job at getting the tension out of my shoulders. The whole massage was very relaxing along with the facial treatments, my skin felt great afterwards. I went with a group of 4 other people who got Balinese massages and used the sauna and cold plunge pool, and we all agreed the massages were great quality and best ones we had. I had the Fields of Yarrow Vitamin C Facial and it was honestly such a lovely experience. The treatment was so relaxing I actually fell asleep at one point! My skin felt incredibly smooth straight after, and over the last couple of days I’ve noticed a real difference as it looks more glowy and even, and some of my acne has already started to calm down. I had an absolutely incredible experience at You Spa Umalas! My fiancé and I both enjoyed massages (hot stone and signature), and they were so relaxing that I had to return the next day for a facial. The therapists are highly skilled and attentive, delivering each treatment with the utmost care. They’re also very accommodating, happily adjusting to any specific pain points or areas of concern. I’ve visited Limu Spa twice now and will definitely return next time I’m in Canggu. It’s a beautiful day spa that’s clean, comfortable and immediately feels relaxing from the moment you enter. I had the Moroccan traditional body scrub package with Jeje and a manicure / pedicure with Reni and both services were excellent! Reni did a fantastic job on my nails and really listened to what I wanted, which I appreciated. Overall, a great experience and a lovely place to unwind.

On my first visit with SPA Central I was made to feel very welcome and I knew I was in good hands. I had a massage and facial treatment here yesterday. The therapist was professional, and her techniques and service were excellent. The entire treatment was comfortable and relaxing. However, I think the environment could be improved. Whenever I was just starting to fully relax, I could hear the sound of equipment being moved and bumped around in the room next door, which disrupted the overall experience. Better soundproofing or noise control would make the experience even more enjoyable.

The spa technicians, Ami and Surya, were excellent and very professional, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish.
