I was very impressed with Patience the technician..service... Just shocked at the price of my nails 💅..all I did was a standard mani with gel polish instead of a French manicure.that I booked ..and 6 of my OWN NAIL STICKERS TO PUT ON MY NAILS ..ND I WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR THAT 😞 . OTHERWISE my sister was impress wth her service as well

I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊

my nail tech, Anesu, was amazing, i had booked for a manicure and added a pedicure whilst there. The pedicure stations were fully booked, since she didn't have a booking after my manicure she offered to do my pedicure by the manicure stations. i really appreciated that

Lovely experience at Boa, Buitengracht Street. The therapists were patient and sweet whilst I chopped and changed my mind and did a beautiful job of my nails! I had a gel manicure and pedicure and my partner had the Men's Pamper Day Package. We really felt the love and both agreed we'd certainly be going back!

I had the most amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, Sabeeha made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. Professional, kind and courteous. The staff at Voyage Wellness managed my massage, facial and pedicure with ease. The space was clean, tranquil, and clearly well managed. I had my nails done on 27 May. During the appointment, I noticed the UV lamp was weak and mentioned to the nail technician that the set might not last, asking if the lamp could be changed. It was only replaced after I raised the concern. On 3 June, one nail broke. As I was taking my niece for her appointment on 5 June, I asked for a repair but was told I had to pay as it was beyond the 7-day policy. Then, on 7 June, two more nails on the same hand broke and I had to pay again for repairs. I'm very disappointed with the quality and durability of this set. And the fact that the 4th nail is about

WOW!! Every time I come here my expectations are exceeded, I want to say a special thank you to Bea who recently started there, she is absolutely amazing and such a kind soul.
