Lovelyn was so gentle and my hair came out perfectly. I really appreciated the friendliness of the whole staff. The salon is in a very secure and quiet location and I'm happy to have found this gem in Cape Town.

Super friendly and professional staff, the environment is also very relaxing and not loud like some other salons. They’re also reasonably priced which is such a win for the high quality of the products they use and services they provide.

After a not so great pedi, the manager Fazleen gave me options to correct & remedy which I couldn’t do due to my own time constraints, but I was given options. This was then followed by great service and really good quality royal gel mani by Andisiwe. Things aren’t always going to go perfect but this lovely salon are very vested in customer happiness. My dermapen facial was such a wonderful experience. Ntombi is so thorough, cleaned my skin first before the dermapen then after gave me a wonderful firm shoulder head and neck massage, what a treat!! She truly understands her clients needs. Super Spoilt at the Best Skincare Salon!!!!

It was a very lovely facial & more than the nice massages, I appreciate that my skin concerns are looked at. I just noticed that the cost has increased, by what I initially thought was R200. Unfortunately as I am not working at the moment, I need to save on this luxury for the time being or do a more affordable facial which just focuses on the cleansing. Thank you for your lovely professional salon & focusing on our skin concerns.

Lotus Beauty Lounge is such an amazing experience. Patience is exceptional, my nails are always unique and beautifully done, and they last so long. She is honestly the best! Isabelle's hands are absolute magic, I recommend a full pedi by her for a completely relaxing experience. They give you the whole package and you will definitely leave their place feeling refreshed and renewed.

Each visit to Meraki is wonderful. Everyone there makes you feel warmly welcomed and do their utmost to ensure your experience there is memorable. All therapists are extremely knowledgable and readily offer you advice (without the sales pitch you get at some salons!) for any and all concerns. I come back again and again.

Very nice experience at Sogol beauty studio, clean and relaxing and my eyelashes look amazing!

Candice is so professional and always friendly! New space in Woodstock is incredible and trendy. Definitely an upgrade from the Rondebosch space. Online Booking system is the best I've ever seen, so seamless. Free coffee and water with cookies is a great touch. Keep it up team, will recommend more of my friends to try you out

Laylah is amazing! She is always willing to accommodate my last minute bookings which I'm always grateful for. She takes her time when doing my lashes so they last really long.

Veronica was highly recommended to me by a friend and I can now, after my appointment, understand why. Veronica is very professional and one feels totally confident to literally be in her hands. Her work is superb and she constantly explains what she is doing. She is certainly at the forefront of what is happening in the fast evolving Beauty Game ! I would highly recommend her!
