I am having physiotherapy with Aristo after breaking my ankle, and my first session was a great experience. He is very patient and takes the time to explain each step before proceeding, which helps reduce any stress. He allows me to work at my own pace, making the session comfortable and encouraging. Additionally, he provides extra instructions and helpful exercise videos for me to follow at home. I appreciate his professional and supportive approach and look forward to continuing my recovery with his guidance.

The studio is warm and a very welcoming space. the instructors are very knowledgable and make you feel comfortable to complete the workout no matter your past experience with pilates. Highly recommended!

Top!! Due to hard triathlon training program I have seen numerous physiotherapists and masseurs in the past but Mike is the first who truly looks for the sourse of the issue rather than a quick solution, or a massage which is only temporary solution. (In my case) Highly recommended!

Great physiotherapist with deep knowledge of the human body. builds a recovery plan based on the needs of the patient and takes into account all relevant aspects that came into play. Personally, i am an injured amature athele who tries to get back to triathlon after a severe injury. Michalis has helped me understand the how’s and the why’s and does everything possible to get me back in action. could not be more greatful for his care and effort to get me back in running, cycling and swimming.

Unbelievable results. I came to Dr Mike after 2 years of pain and seeing many other physiotherapists. I did not think I would ever recover from my lower back injury and he was my last attempt at regaining my previous mobility and strength. After 4 months and a few visits I am out of constant pain and can move with confidence again. I have learnt so much from each session, about my body and recovery. He is always empathetic, caring and most of all ambitious for what his clients can achieve. Dr Mike is THE best.
