I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.

Alex is great, I have had other sports massage but the addition of laser has really helped my recovery.

I’ve known Sherean for years and I always get a very good massage and treatment. Highly recommended.

Another great massage never fails..always ask if there is anything specific that you would like her to work on before each session. And perfect pressure every time. I will continue to keep going and highly recommend.
