I recently had a Reiki session with Samantha that included a gentle neck stretch along with a face and head massage—and it was absolutely incredible. The treatment room is beautiful, and her presence was calm, grounding, and reassuring. She created a peaceful environment that made it easy to fully relax. The session itself was a perfect blend of energy work and physical release. The treatment left me feeling deeply balanced and calm. The face and head massage was especially soothing and put me in a state of total bliss.

I’ve been having weekly massages with Zoe at Relax and Unwind for over 6 years now and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Zoe has incredible knowledge of physiology and muscle conditions, which makes every treatment not just relaxing but also truly effective. She understands how to target the areas that need attention and my back pain management simply wouldn’t be complete without her care. I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

Samantha is such an intuitive practitioner who always considers every detail, making the whole experience from start to finish relaxing, empowering, and deeply purposeful. I experienced Reiki energy healing, sound bath healing, and a third eye pressure point facial massage, each one was amazing and realigned me in it's own way. Samantha’s kind and gentle nature, combined with her skill and expertise, made the sessions incredibly special. Cassie was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The massage bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and the music was relaxing.
