Very professional and thorough with Assessment and treatment. Charlie is knowledgeable which showed when he asked me about CES which gave me great confidence in him as so many Health Professionals have no idea what you're talking about, even in a Doctor/Hospital environment? I booked my next appointment for a weeks time in the run up to my next back surgery and am looking forward to the mix of strength training and Sports Massage on a regular basis. Charlie is THE man! Charlie, was professional and made me feel at ease right away! He listened to the issue I had and took his time to find out where the problem was. The sports massage he gave was amazing, to the point when I went to leave the pressure on my back had eased so much! I’m a fitness instructor so my back is crucial to me and even after nearly 10 hours into the day I feel so much better and it’s only been one session. Would highly recommend Charlie.

Absolutely brilliant. I’d had neck and shoulder tension for ages and some nerve pain running down my arm. One trigger point therapy session and the improvement was incredible. She’s so knowledgeable and really knows what she’s doing. It was genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had because it actually fixed the problem rather than just feeling nice for an hour. I’ve already booked more sessions and will be going regularly. Couldn’t recommend her more highly. ❤️

I had my first sports massage with Hannah today, I've had a hump on my trap for literal years and no matter who I've been to or what I've tried I've never been able to shift it. After just one visit with Hannah I'm actually like a new woman, she listened to what was going on and saw what needed doing as soon as I came in. My shoulder has gone down a considerate amount and after another session I'm confident it will be dealt with which no one has ever been able to do. Fully recommend Hannah she was so welcoming and I felt at ease straight away, thank you for today 💖

Another great sports massage focusing on my legs, I suffer with poor circulation using the compression boots I noticed a difference with my legs pre and post massage I added the Biomechanical review, I really wanted to see where my pain comes from & how I move affects my body and my performance in the gym. I would highly recommend have great tips to take into my daily life and gym with the option of a session in the gym to really look into how I can move correctly or videos, due to my poor posture focus on my upper body and my legs for correct form to get even definition as 1 is more dominant
