First time visiting. Efficient booking system and excellent greet and check in on arrival. Infrared sauna room was great. Shower if you need it, mirror, basin. Curtain for privacy. Awesome chilled music. Definitely recommend 10/10

Cure HQ have a gorgeous & luxurious space. It’s evident they have thought out the customer experience when designing the layout of the treatment rooms. I personally love how private the infrared sauna room is. I will definitely be back & cannot wait to try other treatments too 😊

So many options to choose from! Relaxing in the Normatec Compression Boots watching Netflix, Infrared or Traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy or Oxygen Airpod. A great place to recover so you can continue training hard and performing at a high level in your chosen field.

I cannot recommend this lymphatic drainage session highly enough! from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming and peaceful. Lauren was highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain exactly how the gentle, rhythmic movements would support my body's natural processes.

I absolutely love seeing Lauren. I’ve been going to her religiously every fortnight since August 2025 and now I literally book my appointments for the entire year in advance. Whether it’s a lymphatic massage or a beautiful remedial massage, I always leave feeling incredible. The warmth and comfort of her home studio is honestly unmatched. From the second you walk in, the ambience is just so calming and relaxing. I genuinely look forward to every appointment jumping into that warm bed and completely switching off. Such a beautiful experience every single time.
