First time at this spa. Had the classic head spa experience. It was amazing and extremely relaxing. Staff were knowledgeable and kind. Came all the way from North Vancouver and will definitely go back again.

I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure the results turned out beautifully. I’m so happy with how smooth and straight my hair looks. Days prior to our appointment our stylists messaged us for a consult asking about our current hair state and what we’d like to achieve. When we got there we were greeted warmly by our Mii (my hairstylist) and Yuki (Rb’s hairstylist). We both got a wash and blow dry and they consulted us with each step of the hair cut to make sure we were happy. Defo worth going to Richmond for this experience.

I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

I had my first experience getting a haircut in Richmond here and it was one of the best experiences i've had ever! I had Suki as a stylist and it was amazing and helped me feel super comfortable, I'm super happy with the service here. The staff was also super polite and kind. Will be booking another appointment whenever I need another haircut!

Loved my eyelashes done by Saeko. She’s very patient, gentle, and holds expertise in eyelash extensions. My hair was also cut and styled by Yuki, which was also awesome. I’m glad I’ve got my eyelashes and haircut done in I’s Hair Salon by those two ladies. Would recommend to anybody looking for Japanese eyelash extension/lift and hair salon!

Every time i go to this salon i never have anything bad to say! Got my pedicure here before and this time i went for only a lash removal since i got a set done elsewhere and needed it off for valentines day .. Kelsey was very sweet and welcoming! We had such a nice chat about the plans were gonna have that night and slowly getting to know each other! Ill be coming back again to continue doing my lash lifts here!

I got my lashes done by Beth today and absolutely loved the experience! It was my first time getting an anime set, and she did such an amazing job. Beth is super professional, kind, and really welcoming. I love her personality, she made me feel comfortable the whole time. She showed me the progress to make sure I was happy with how everything looked. I really appreciated that level of care and attention to detail. Her space is very clean and cozy, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I found her, definitely be coming back! :)

Beth is genuinely the best lash tech I have ever gone to. During our first appointment, she took the time to make sure that I was getting exactly what I was looking for and even guided me. She is always so patient with me and willing to take in feedback to make sure she understands what I am looking for. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she’s the sweetest person ever and is so easy to talk to. Another great visit at Sugar Nails and Lashes. My mom and I got a pedicure. Havar my usual nail tech did mine very happy as always with how she does my mani and pedi! My mom was very happy with Anna the girl that did her pedicure. Thank you again for a great experience! Also Grizzly enjoyed his visit to see all the workers today!

It’s my first time going to this salon as I live far from Richmond. I didn’t expect the service to be pretty good! It was my first time experiencing having an option to get something to drink before starting the appointment. Also, I had Moe! I saw her IG account and wanted to be her client. She’s really sweet and considerate. I like how delicate her movements are with my hair (also the male assistant, Ivan). Both of them are really skilled! I’m really happy with how my hair turned out and I’m thankful for Moe and her assistant for being patient with me. I would definitely come again! 💙

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Not only is the location adorable giving my fiance plenty to do while he waited. This experience was borderline heavenly. This was my first time at a head spa and I must say it truly lives up to the hype. I can't remember the name of the lovely lady that treated me but she was gentle and kind. It's 3 days later and my hair and scalp still feel amazing, a truly noticeable difference. I will most definitely be coming back the next time i'm in Vancouver!

Gwen did my lashes for the first time and I’m honestly happy with how they turned out! She did exactly how I wanted them—full, fluffy, and still beautifully soft looking. She absolutely delivered the look I was hoping for, and I left feeling so pretty. I’ll definitely see her again in the future!

Grace is a gifted lash technician in addition to providing their signature head spa service which is a must. My lashes were almost fully intact at the 3 week point, so I definitely returned for a fill and will continue. Thank you, Grace!
