I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Loved my eyelashes done by Saeko. She’s very patient, gentle, and holds expertise in eyelash extensions. My hair was also cut and styled by Yuki, which was also awesome. I’m glad I’ve got my eyelashes and haircut done in I’s Hair Salon by those two ladies. Would recommend to anybody looking for Japanese eyelash extension/lift and hair salon!

Every time i go to this salon i never have anything bad to say! Got my pedicure here before and this time i went for only a lash removal since i got a set done elsewhere and needed it off for valentines day .. Kelsey was very sweet and welcoming! We had such a nice chat about the plans were gonna have that night and slowly getting to know each other! Ill be coming back again to continue doing my lash lifts here!

Saeko’s service was excellent!! she was incredibly friendly and experienced. I really enjoyed the lash lift experience, and there were even a few moments when I almost fell asleep hahaaa ☺️ The entire process was so comfortable, with absolutely no discomfort at all. I got my lashes done by Beth today and absolutely loved the experience! It was my first time getting an anime set, and she did such an amazing job. Beth is super professional, kind, and really welcoming. I love her personality, she made me feel comfortable the whole time. She showed me the progress to make sure I was happy with how everything looked. I really appreciated that level of care and attention to detail. Her space is very clean and cozy, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I found her, definitely be coming back! :)

I request to change “lash extensions “ to “ pedicure “ because of my medical issues and Jane and the receptionist were kindly accommodating my needs without any fees. Jane was taking care of me gently with detailed work. I strongly recommend her!!
