Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I was nervous because it was my first wax in a while, but Rakhi made the experience so stress-free. You can tell that she’s very experienced so I knew I was in the right hands. The most efficient wax I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Resian enough! She is such a calm, patient and knowledgeable trainer. She explained everything in depth and made sure I understood every step before moving on. She answered all my questions and whenever I was overthinking, she reassured me and gave me confidence. She created such a welcoming learning environment and was so accommodating throughout the course. I left feeling confident and excited to start my brow journey. ​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely.
