Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

“I had a 60-minute shoulder, back & neck massage and it was fantastic. Ewelina checked in about the pressure, found all the tight spots in my shoulders and upper back, and worked them out without it being painful. The space was clean, calm, and professional. I felt noticeably looser afterward. Highly recommend. This is my 2nd massage with Ewelina and I’m just about to book my 3rd

I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

Collette is amazing n does the most wonderful massages. It’s like she is attuned to my body n knows the kind of healing it needs. Her hands just flow. Lovely owner & therapist. Very clean salon. I had Hifu. I was sceptical but thought would try it. I felt very little during the treatment despite it being on maximum power (though I have been told I’ve got a high pain threshold). Apparently it can be a bit uncomfortable. I found it quite rélaxing. Results are meant to take a few weeks but a week in &my skin definitely appears firmer & refreshed. I’m 52. Treatment is expensive but if the improvement continues I’ll definitely have it again. Much better to make your skin produce collagen than inject poisons in. Highly recommmend salon & Hifu

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Good technique and always making feel great

Had problems parking and then getting into Skindeep due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - clearly beyond anyone's control. Walked into an empty reception and called and waited for a good 5 minutes before going back outside and ringing the bell again. Once I was welcomed, the procedure was fully explained before treatment began. I had no previous experience of HIFU so was surprised somewhat by the sensation (sometimes unpleasant) around the jawbone.
