I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I am satisfied with my first session of treatment of my skin. Dr. Yam is talented, he looks at details and is very accurate with his consultation. Sierra is an amazing person, she is a very friendly, patient and talented skin care technician. I have deep old acne scars on my face. She did a vampire facial and PRP to my skin. Honestly, I didn't feel any pain during the session just a little bit of pain around my nose area. For the rest. I feel like she is massaging my face. After my first session, my face was very red for 3 days and then it peeled and healed exactly as Dr. Yam explained to me.
