I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I have been thoroughly and absolutely thrilled with every services there. All the staff are very kind, warm, knowledgeable and skilled and make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. It is very clean and inviting and transform the whole experience into a most enjoyable one. All the hair stylists are very skilled at what they do, but Evelyn is a master stylist who is very attentive to detail and cuts with precision. She asks for your suggestions and advises what would work best for you and is a great mentor. All the staff make you feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend them!
