I have tried several wellness centres in Sydney. Some good, some less. Feel Good Nation is definitely one of the best I have been to so far. Micheal was super friendly and eager to share his knowledge to ensure I got the most out of my session. The centre is very clean, which differs from bigger chain where the staff doesn't care as much. Thanks Micheal for the experience. I will be back.

I enjoyed my first infrared sauna @ Feelgood with a girlfriend today. We bluetoothed our own music and the 45 min session flew by. I feel so blissed out now. The facilities are fresh and fabulous. We had a spacious room and huge shower. Can't wait to go back next week for another session. I want to try a floatation tank next :-)

We had such a lovely spa day and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm, friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel incredibly special throughout our visit.
